More than 4,000 affected by flooding in Chaco Parana: Flooding due to the rising of the Parana River resulted in the evacuation of more than 4,000 people in the north eastern Province of Chaco, primarily from Cerrito Island (1,086) and Puerto Vilelas (2,000) as of March 7, 2016.
