Vaccination campaign reaches 95 percent in Luanda

Luanda - The vaccination against measles, rubella and polio has reached 95 percent in Luanda province, with two days to end the campaign, said the province's campaign coordinator Felismina Neto.

According to the coordinator, the success of the campaign owed to the engagement by Municipal Administrators, Health teams, volunteers as well as the staff of the Angola Armed Forces (FAA) and National Police.

Speaking to Angop, Felismina Neto pledged to increase the vaccination teams on Saturday and Sunday to strength the campaign with the inclusion of more members of FAA to increase the number from 500 to 600 people.
