Department sets up commission to supervise vaccination campaign

Huambo - A technical commission for supervising vaccination campaign which comprises representatives from NGOs and nurses was set up Tuesday in capital of the central Huambo province.

The commission will follow up the level of organisation and logistics of campaigns, specially the immunisation against poliomyelitis that happens periodically every year in the highland region.

Speaking to Angop, the coordinator of the Health's technical commission, Amândio Natito, disclosed that the organisation will work in collaboration with district and communal administrations in training of the local vaccination team, as well as in improving of quality of vaccines.
