Cabinda - The five teams of farmers in the municipality of Buco-Zau, northern Cabinda province, benefited Wednesday from kits of agricultural imputes delivered by Ambassador of the European Union (EU) to Angola, Gordon Crik.
Gordon Crik is in Cabinda for a visit aimed at evaluation the projects financed by the EU in the municipality of Buco-Zau.
The EU official, who met with the board of consultation and social dialogue, considered positive the results achieved by the NGO Development Aid from People to People (ADPP) focuse on the execution of various projects in the region.
The five clubs farmers of Buco-Zau municipality comprise 390 members.
The EU also sponsored a workshop on agricultural development and the opening of five model agricultural fields, which cover an equal number of localities, including Lufuindi, Quissamano, Alzira da Fonseca neighbourhood, Mbata-Manga and Chimbaianga.
Thursday, the EU ambassador to Angola worked in the municipality of Cacongo as part of his visit to the province.
