Under the program set to start this year, the source said, there are projects for which no funding has been put aside as the budget allotted to his ministry can only meet 50 percent of the needs.

He also stated that the Ministry of Public Works is seeking to obtain funding to secure the completion of more than 50 percent of the projects for 2003.
