Angola: UNICEF to keep aiding government for children development

Luanda, 06/13 - The representative of the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) Mario Ferrari guaranteed today in Luanda that his institution will continue collaborating with the Angolan Government and society in order to accelerate the development of children.

Mr Ferrari, who was addressing the opening session of the second National Forum on First Childhood's Care and Development, said that the support will consist in guaranteeing absolute priority to children, the construction of a structure for the formulation of appropriate policies and the offer of services to all children and their families.

He added that with the holding of the second forum, the government will give an important step for the elaboration of National policy on children.
