Angola: Planning minister to inaugurate infrastructures

Namibe, 06/21 - Angola's Planning minister, Ana Dias Lourenço, is expected Thursday in the southwestern Namibe Province, for a 24-hour visit intended to inaugurate social and economic infrastructures, in the ambit of the Public Investments Programme (PIP), ANGOP has learnt.

The minister will inaugurate six semi-detached houses to accommodate national and foreign cadres of the health sector, as well as a 13-classroom Pre-University Institute, whose construction expenses are estimated at 400,000 American dollars.

Over 1,000 people will study in the institute in the areas of social and physical sciences.

A tour to the premises of the department of studies and planning of the local government and the Social Aid Fund are also on the minister's work agenda.
