Caxito - The Eduardo dos Santos Foundation (FESA) donated on Thursday the municipal hospital of Dande called "Heroes of Caxito", and a boarding-school for 50 students to the Government of Bengo province.
The facility with the capacity of 240 beds was rehabilitated and equipped with funds from FESA, with the two works (hospital and orphanage) estimated at USD two million.
The handing over ceremony was witnessed by the President of the Republic, José Eduardo dos Santos, who is also FESA patron.
The term of delivery o the donation was signed by the governor of Bengo, Jo=E3o Bernardo de Miranda, and the chairperson of FESA, Ismael Diogo.
