ORAN, Algeria (PANA) - Two Moroccan
planes landed at Oran's Es Senia international airport Monday night with
an assortment of products for people affected by last week's earthquake
in Ain Temouchent area of western Algeria.
The C-130 aircraft were carrying 4.5
tonnes of drugs, 4,000 blankets and a large quantity of food products,
including sugar, rice, flour, milk, tea, coffee, honey, cooking-oil and
dates.
The Moroccan ambassador in Algeria, who witnessed the delivery of the assistance, said this initiative testified the existence of fraternal relations existing between the Moroccan and Algerian people.
