According to the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), as of 23 January, three people died, including one in Relizane and one in Chlef provinces. Media reports, At least 50 houses have been affected by floods in the S'Tal district of Relizane, and two in the Ksarli district of Tipaza province.
