The Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan strongly condemns the deliberate and brutal killing of nine staff who were working for the PIN, a Facilitating Partner for the National Solidarity Program of the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development (NSP/MRRD).
They were brutally killed yesterday evening in Zari district of Balkh province by the enemy of the people of Afghanistan who oppose any development support for the rural people of the country.
The Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development expresses its condolences and sympathies to the family, relatives and friends of the martyrs, and ask Allah’s forgiveness for the martyrs and patience for their bereaved families.
