PSYCHO-SOCIAL COUNSELING

During the year 2018, GBV SC members, AADA AAH, AHDS, APA, CRDSA, DRC, HADAAF, HNPTPO, HEWAD, HRDA, HEWAD, IMC, INTERSOS, IOM, Johaniter ORCD, Oxfam, PU-AMI, RI, SDO, TDH, WCC, WC-UK, WHH and YHDO provided GBV services package that include provision of psychosocial counseling, provision of survivor centered multi-sector services GBV community outreach services in Badghis, Baghlan, Faryab, Ghazni, Ghor, Hilmand, Hirat,
Kabul, Kandahar, Khost, Kunar, Kunduz, Laghman, Nangarhar, Nimruz, Paktika, Sar-e-Pul, Takhar, Uruzgan and Zabul provinces. Total of 306,952 returnees, drought and conflict affected Afghans out of which women 147,556 and 51,853 girls, 71,544 boys and 35,970 men. A total of 7 women friendly health spaces (WFHSs) are also established and reached with 37,409 women and 3,421 girls.
