Jan 26 (Reuters) - Following are security developments in Afghanistan at 0915 GMT on Thursday.

KAPISA - A civilian woman and her child were killed, and seven other civilians injured, during an insurgent rocket attack on a residence in the Allasai district of eastern Kapisa province, Afghanistan's President Hamid Karzai and U.S. General John Allen -- commander of the International Security Assistance Force coalition -- said in a joint statement of condemnation.
