Dec 20 (Reuters) - Following are security developments in Afghanistan at 0900 GMT on Sunday.

EASTERN AFGHANISTAN - A Polish service member working for the NATO-led International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) was killed by small-arms fire in an insurgent attack in the east of the country on Saturday, ISAF said in a statement.

HELMAND - A British soldier was killed by an explosion while on foot patrol in the Nad Ali district of southern Helmand province on Saturday, Britain's Ministry of Defence said.
