Nov 14 (Reuters) - Following are security developments in Afghanistan 0800 GMT on Friday:

KHOST - A suicide car-bomber attacked a joint Afghan foreign force patrol in the eastern province of Khost, on the Pakistani border, wounding three policemen, the provincial governor said.

PAKTIA - U.S.-led soldiers killed four al Qaeda-linked militants in Paktia province, near the Pakistani border, in an operation on Thursday against a network bringing Arabs and other foreign fighters into the country, the U.S. military said.
