Introduction
This report details the initial impacts of the recent US funding freeze on crisis-affected communities in Afghanistan. This report was based on initial data from the Awaaz Helpline managed by UNOPS and focus group discussions (FGDs) conducted by UNFPA as of 18 February 2025. The key findings reflect community perspectives and aim to support clusters/sectors in strengthening their programme decision making processes and accountability to affected communities.
