ARCS distributed 8 items of foodstuff to 500 needy families in the capital Baghlan district of Baghlan province. The aid included a total of 25 tonnes of flour, 12, 2 tonnes of rice, 5000 liters of oil, 4 tonnes of beans, 2,5 tonne of sugar, 1 tonne of salt, and 500 kg green tea.
