The U.S. Government's full termination order of February 2025 stopping funding for humanitarian partners in Afghanistan negatively impacted access to essential lifesaving health services, particularly for vulnerable populations. The Health Cluster is mapping on weekly basis the impact of the termination order. The Health Cluster calls on donors to providing alternative funds to prevent further deterioration of the humanitarian situation.

*All suspended/closed health facilities are under humanitarian/emergency projects. Some health- facilities suspended/closed by some partners have resumed operations due to internal reorganisation or re-prioratization.
