KABUL, Afghanistan - A new clinic opened in Shahrak-e-Dwazdah Imam, Kabul, Oct. 18. ISAF's Italian contingent built the $75,000 project, which is part of the civil-military activities aimed at improving the health system in Kabul's Police District 13.
