Afghanistan: Integrated Drought Response, April 2019

As of 31 April, humanitarian partners have reached 4.8 million people affected by drought.
Of those reached, 405,000 people are in places of displacement, while the remainder are in drought-affected rural areas. In some drought-affected provinces, insecurity and other access challenges have prevented humanitarian partners from delivering relief items and basic services to those in need.
