HIGHLIGHTS
In the month of July, 52 Health Cluster partners reached 637,389 people with humanitarian health services through 817 health facilities in 297 districts of all 34 provinces.
As of July 15, 2025, a total of 422 health facilities have been suspended or closed by humanitarian partners due to the funding termination. This disruption is expected to affect approximately 3.08 million people across 30 out of 34 provinces.
The suspended health facilities include 153 Mobile Health and Nutrition Teams (MHNTs), 153 Family Health Houses (FHHs), 22 Basic Health Centers (BHCs), 67 Sub-Health Centers (SHCs), and 27 other health facility types.
During the month of July, the summary of outbreaks includes: 27,330 cases of AWD with dehydration, 82,541 cases of ARI-Pneumonia, 9,431 cases of Measles, 339 cases of Dengue fever, 10,600 cases of Malaria, and 249 cases of CCHF.
During the month of July, a total of 82,541 ARI/pneumonia cases with 201 associated deaths were reported (CFR of 0.2%). This represents 20.4% increase in reported cases compared to the previous month.
During the month of July, 9,431 new suspected measles cases were reported, resulting in 58 deaths. This shows a 8% decrease in the number of cases compared to the previous month.
During the month of July, 10,600 new suspected malaria cases were reported, with zero deaths. This shows a 72.2% increase in the number of cases compared to the previous month.
In July 2025, WHO provided 227 emergency medical kits to 20 health facilities in 12 provinces. The medical kits will benefit around 123,450 individuals in the next three months.
