• Cleopatra, the Education Cluster coordinator, started the meeting by extending a warm welcome to the partners and providing an introduction to the agenda points.
• Cleopatra updated the Education Cluster partners on the MoE meeting with National NGOs on the 17th of November.
• The Ministry of Education (MoE) convened a meeting with national NGOs to discuss several key issues, including the establishment of a technical committee within the MoE to handle all partner-related matters.
• MoE will not support the establishment of new Community-Based Education (CBE) classes.
• It was mentioned that the MoE is currently working on remodeling the CBE approach and will communicate the new working modalities with partners once they are finalized.
