This document is intended to provide the HFU and the HC with an up to date overview of the key humanitarian priorities within prioritised clusters. This information will feed into the development of the allocation paper and assist the HC to determine the most urgent priorities and funding allocation. Accurate and detailed inputs in this report will enable the development of a stronger allocation paper.
The document has two sections:
Section I: Outlines in narrative form the current situation and context for the cluster trying to highlight key humanitarian Cluster priorities.
Section II: Summarize key priorities in a matrix format with recommended activities, justification and a ranking.
