During the reporting period, over 11,300 individuals returned to Afghanistan through Torkham,
Spin Boldak and Bahramcha, of which 73% were undocumented individuals and Afghan Citizen Card (ACC) holders and 27% POR card holders and other returns. While this marks another decrease of 13% compared to the previous week and 76% compared to the recent peak in the week between 6 and 12 April, returns remained at a level higher than the total number of returns reported in the first quarter. The number of over 2,800 (34%) of undocumented individuals and ACC holders reported as deportations, however, marks another notable increase compared to the previous week, while the number of documented returns (including facilitated voluntary repatriations, POR card holders and other returns) saw a significant decrease of 49% compared to the previous week.
