New Business Development (NBD) provides leadership in Save the Children’s efforts to achieve results at scale and expand its work for children in health, education, livelihoods and protection. This country-focused position helps execute the agency's global vision and strategy by building effective business development tools, processes and capacities, supporting country teams to position the agency for competitive funding opportunities, and responding to those opportunities with a quality process and product.
The Senior Director, EFSL will lead the growth of SC’s EFSL portfolio, manage programmatic innovations, and provide managerial and technical oversight of SC’s food security and livelihoods emergency response and recovery programs, particularly in the areas of: short-term safety nets (cash and food resource provisioning), disaster risk reduction, livelihoods recovery, and emergency food security assessments.
