The Senior Grants Specialist will negotiate and prepare all pertinent documentation for new grants, cooperative agreements, interagency agreements, awards to public international organizations, and all amendments/ modifications thereto, and supporting documentation such as waivers and memoranda of negotiation. This individual will ensure package of documents is complete for the approval and signature of the Agreement Officer. The Senior Grant Specialist will explain the legal requirements, policies and regulations, negotiation terms and grant procedures to U.S. and non-U.S.
Program Assistants will provide additional program and administrative support to USAID/ Food For Peace (FFP). The Program Assistants will be working with geographical, technical, and/or management teams to improve work streams and efficiency of FFP processes, and to fulfill administrative functions. Day to day work assignments and oversight will be provided by the Team Leader or Deputy Team Leader with formal supervisory and evaluation functions by the Project Manager.

Macfadden is looking for a Technology and Innovation Project Manager to leverage advancements in technology and eliminating one-off developments, siloed data, and antiquated systems. The group tracks and evaluates new and evolving technologies and innovations that have the potential to support and enhance customer decision making and analysis and improve programming.
Working under the supervision of the Humanitarian Assistance Support Contract (HASC) and the direction of the USAID/OFDA Team Leader, Deputy Team leader, and Disaster Operations Specialists, Junior Program Specialists support the Government in the following:
Program Specialists for Disaster Operations support USAID/OFDA’s disaster response, humanitarian assistance, and disaster risk management programs. They assist Disaster Operations Specialists (DOSs) in developing response strategies, in managing all aspects of grants for humanitarian implementing organizations, and in preparing talking points, information products, and briefing material.
