Hodeidah, Aug. 27 (BNA): The Emirates Red Crescent (ERC) has launched a project to dig an artesian well in Hodeidah governorate. The project is part of the UAE’s efforts to provide safe potable water to the people of Yemen, and fulfil the needs of the residents of the country’s liberated areas who are suffering from lack in water, the UAE News Agency (WAM) reported.
Manama, Aug, 18 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa has ordered His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, HM the King’s Personal Representative for Charity Work and Youth Affairs and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Royal Charity Organisation (RCO) that the RCO be in charge of preparing and sending relief materials and providing assistance to affected Indians.

Riyadh, July 22 (BNA): King Salman Humanitarian Relief Centre (KSRelief) said it has implemented a project to support the educational process in a number of areas in northern Syria.
KSRelief visited schools affected in some areas in northern Syria, assessed the damage to prepare for restoration and to equip them with furniture to be ready to admit students, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
Riyadh , July 19 (BNA): King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSRelief) delivered 23 tons worth of food baskets to the displaced in the center of Al-Hazm Directorate in Al-Jouf governorate, benefiting about 1920 displaced persons.
The centre distributed 102,170 food baskets weighing 7548 tons, targeting nine governorates of Yemen, Al-Jouf, Al-Mahra, Shabwa, Marib, Hadramout, Dhale, Luhaj, Socotra and Aden.
