I. HIGHLIGHTS

- A total of 23,101 families /115, 507 persons were pre-emptively evacuated in 251 evacuation centers while others stayed with their relativeslfriends in Regions NCR, IV-A and V (Tab A)

- There were 8,567 stranded passengers, 411 trucks, 110 cars, 82 passenger buses, 15 vessels, 13 motorized bancas, 61 vessels and 48 motorized bancas which took shelter at various ports. PCG is providing security of the stranded passengers and vessels

- TY "SANTI" made a landfall between 12;00 MN to 1:00 AM over Quezon Province, Region IV-A with maximum sustained winds of 150 kph and gustiness of 185 kph

- Ambuklao Dam is releasing water as pre-emptive measure

- PCG, BFP, PNP and AFP-NCRCOM were assigned to specific areas of augmentation to NCR LGUs as follows: PCG-Muntinlupa City; BFP-Malabon City, Valenzuela, Caloocan City, Navotas City; AFP-NCRCOM-Marikina City, Makati City, Pasig City, Taguig City, Pasay City, Paranaque City and Pateros; and PNP-Quezon City, Las Pinas City, City of Manila, San Juan, Mandaluyong City
