UCPM RESPONSE
On 26 August, Romania requested assistance through Union Civil Protection Mechanism (UCPM) for the treatment of mass burn patients.
In total, 8 EU MS and 1 UCPM PS offered to receive patients via the UCPM. On 27 August, 12 patients arrived in BE, IT, AT, DE, and NO. The request was closed by Romania on 28 August as the needs were fully met.
