Philippines: Tropical Depression Shanshan (as of 28 Feb 2013)

28 Feb 2013 - Tropical depression Shanshan affected about 51,000 families (260,000 people) across the Philippines including areas still recovering from Bopha. The cyclone hampered relief efforts in the worst-hit municipalities of Davao Oriental and humanitarian response was delayed in South provinces of Mindanao island.
