In the South-East, the number of IDPs decreased from 1,043,700 last week to 1,043,100 this week.

New displacements were reported in Kayin State, where 10 people from Yedashe Township (Bago Region) were newly displaced to Thandaunggyi, 49 people from Hpapun Township were newly displaced to Hpa-An Township, and 30 people from Thandaunggyi along with 40 people from Hpapun Township were newly displaced within the same townships due to armed clashes and shelling. Additional displacement occurred in Bago East, where 23 individuals from Oktwin, 426 from Shwegyin, 60 from Taungoo, and 29 from Yedashe were newly displaced within the same townships. Furthermore, 60 people from Thandaunggyi (Kayin State) were displaced to Taungoo Township.

In Mon State, 86 IDPs from Kyaikto Township were displaced for a second time to Shwegyin Township due to ongoing clashes.

In Tanintharyi Region, 122 people from Dawei Township were newly displaced within the same township due to air strikes, while 3,556 people from Launglon Town were newly displaced, and 136 IDPs from Launglon Town were displaced within the same township following shelling by the Tatmadaw. Meanwhile, 866 IDPs from Dawei Township and 3,850 IDPs from Yebyu Township reportedly returned to their place of origin.

In Mon State, 227 IDPs reportedly returned from Ye Township to their place of origin in Yebyu Township.
