The Ethiopia Humanitarian Fund (EHF) is catalytic to OCHA’s efforts to scale-up the humanitarian response in areas with insecurity and access challenges in Ethiopia. It supports partners operating in areas with limited operational presence due to access constraints. In some locations, EHF partners are the only responders to the humanitarian needs on the ground.
