20 Mar 2009 - Attacks by a Hutu rebel group known as the Democratic Liberation Forces of Rwanda (FDLR) displaced nearly 30,000 people in Lubero territory over the past two weeks. On 15 Mar, FDLR attacks killed at least three civilians and caused displacement in Masisi territory. On 18 Mar, armed men attacked and looted a vehicle belonging to an INGO in Rutshuru. (UN News)
