UCPM response as of 14 October at 12:00 UTC
• On 5 October, Bosnia and Herzegovina activated the EU Civil Protection Mechanism (UCPM), requesting USAR teams with K-9 (searching dogs), heavy machinery, shelter-related items, electrical power generators, pre-fabricated houses (containers, tents) water pumps and dehumidifiers.
• 1 ERCC Liaison Officer was deployed to Sarajevo from 6 until 12 October.
• EU’s Copernicus EMS Rapid Mapping has been activated to provide initial rough estimation, flood extent and damage assessment (EMSR770). 17 maps have been produced.
