China (Taiwan Province of China) - Fanapi have left more than 100 injuries, more than 70,000 homes without power, and 5,000 others without water. Crop damage was expected to be more than 1.6 billion Taiwan dollars. The government has lifted the warning against the powerful storm, but it warned of further downpours in the days ahead. Military personnel will be sent to ease away the affect areas.

Bangladesh - Flood forced more than 140,000 people to flee their homes and destroyed some 40,000 hectares of farmland. The government had distributed 1,135 tons of rice, US$27,000 in cash relief, and US$34,150 in house building grants to affected people.

It is very likely that there will be above-normal rainfall for many areas in Indonesia, especially Southern Sualwesi and the lesser Sunda Islands.
