The WPE senior officer will be the focal person for IRC’s WPE program in Hagadera. With technical support from the WPE Coordinator and WPE Technical Unit, the senior officer will be responsible for implementing the WPE program in Hagadera camp in ensuring that the goals and objectives of the program are met. Humanité et Inclusion souhaite effectuer une étude qualitative sur la scolarisation des filles Handicapées au Mali, Burkina Faso et Niger entre décembre 2018 et Mai 2019 (environ 100 jours de travail).
Objectif général de l’étude
Décrire et analyser comment le genre, l’âge et le handicap façonnent et influencent les expériences des filles handicapées (âgées entre 6 et 16 ans), scolarisées et non scolarisées, quant à leur accès et/ou leur maintien à l’école ordinaire (primaire et secondaire).
Objectifs spécifiques de l’étude

– To Contribute to the delivery of the project’s outcomes of delivering social change to youth through street sports
– To Assist in the implementation of Activities direct delivery and weekly planning
– To manage external communications (website, social media, etc)
– To support Business Development (mainly via comms above and info gathering)
– To document and evaluate the activities in field locations
