The Office Manager will be working under dual supervision of the Country Manager - Afghanistan and Director of Operations. In this role you are responsible for administering/overseeing the compliance requirements of the company including accounting, reporting, taxes, and HR/payroll services. The role will be based in our office in Kabul, Afghanistan, and some travel may be required. The duration of the role is six months, with the possibility for an extension to a permanent role.
This role will report to the Finance Officer, with responsibilities that cut across the Enterprise. You will assist the Finance Officer in managing the finances of the Enterprise. Your broader responsibilities will also cover human resources management and administrative support - your work will ensure that we maximise our social impact.
You must be a dynamic person with an eye for detail who can manage your time and competing priorities effectively. You are someone who is intrinsically motivated and interested in problem solving.
