Based in the coastal town of Fort Dauphin in the southeast of Madagascar, this post will provide specialist knowledge and experience within a team of National and International staff working on pilot reforestation corridors between fragments of the remaining southeast littoral forests.

Job Purpose: Facilitate the implementation of the projects’ action plan through providing technical and administrative support to the project team through a range of actions contributing to the design, planning, coordination, and monitoring of projects activities. The facilitation include coordination with associated ARDD teams, and beneficiaries in target areas. The M&E Officer is responsible for the monitoring of project activities and ensuring that projects maintains its strategic vision and that its activities result in the achievement of its intended outputs in an accountable, cost effective and timely manner.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
· Ensuring that all project activities are being implemented on time;
