The primary responsibility of the Special Event Staff is to provide general information and assistance to guests, while enforcing IWI’s policies and procedures. Event staff will interact directly with IWI staff, event attendees, team directors, patrons and guests, as well as act as the initial point-of-contact. Event staff will need to be able to solve on the job issues by utilising effective critical thinking and decision-making skills and possess the ability to work with diverse populations.
§ Build relationships with stores and buyers with the goal of distributing IWI wholesale products to retailers
§ Monitor sales and submit comprehensive inventory reports each week
§ Collaborate with web coordinator to create an attractive online webstore
§ Act as the liaison between customers and the company by addressing customer issues and solving customer problems
§ Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers’ expectations and company’s objectives
