Senior Technical Advisor, HIV Counseling and Testing Services (HTS) for CDC/Namibia (Local Candidate Only). This position will require active participation in the development, modification, and/or adaptation of appropriate technical strategies and tailored approaches for improving access to HIV Testing Services. Such services include rapid HIV testing, Provider-Initiated Testing and Counselling (PITC), as well as Index-Partner Testing in medical settings and facility- and community based HTS.

The National Strategic Plan for HIV/AIDS 2016-2020 in Myanmar was developed in 2016. More commonly known as “NSP III”, it has three main objectives:
Reduce incidence among priority populations and their partners;
Facilitate and ensure viral suppression for all PLHIV;
Improve the enabling environment to support the response
