Chemonics seeks a finance capacity building coach for the Manahel project aimed at improving children’s education by enhancing access and quality, addressing psychosocial factors, and building capacity. Manahel is expected to result in 300,000 children (half girls, half boys), including among marginalized groups, gaining access to safe and inclusive education. In addition, the project is expected to result in up to 50 percent of the children receiving access to better quality education and to psychosocial services.
The total salary package for this position is £54,384 - £57,972 per annum including all allowances.

ABOUT THE MISSION AND THE JOB
OFDA has launched a call through APS for projects across the country conducted by consortia. Solidarités International (SI) is in the process of applying under this call, together with 3 INGOs. This group of INGOs is looking to form a new consortium to implement a comprehensive WASH, Shelter and Health humanitarian intervention in North East Syria (NES).
About the role: This is a 36 month, new role with unaccompanied terms based in North East Syria with a salary of Grade 4 €35,981 - €43,977.
You will report to the Country Director and will line manage the Deputy Chief of Party and work closely with the Programmes Director, Country Finance Controller, Systems Director, Desk and Advisors.
We would like you to start in June 2018.
The Syria Response Director (SRD) will provide overall senior management and assurance of the integrity of the Syria cross border program operations, as well as strategic direction and high-level representation of the program, within the structure of the wider GOAL program that incorporates cross border activities into northern Syria and programming within Turkey. To ensure holistic management within a cohesive strategic framework the support functions for both country programs will be managed by the Systems Director (ACD-S).
