Responsible for implementing and overseeing an effective control mechanism to ensure that HFHP objectives and priorities are consistent with Board policies and operational procedures. Reviews, appraises and recommends the soundness, effectiveness and compliance of organizational controls and the quality of processes and documentation. Lead the mapping of controls and audit engagements, and serves as liaison for all external and regulatory agencies.
