A research consultant to support the Stopping as Success consortium in conducting activities in Timor-Leste. The consultant will work with Search for Common Ground staff to prepare prior to in-country research and serve as a member of the consortium’s research team during the site visit (tentatively February 25th- March 8th). ARTICLE 19 works to protect and defend freedom of expression and information (FoE/I), particularly individual advocates of these rights.
