The Associate Director, Budget and Financial Systems also works to increase overall staff understanding and comfort with Budget, Actuals, Forecast and the Chart of Accounts.

Chemonics seeks a reading/education in crisis or conflict advisor for the $47 million to $49 million USAID-funded Accelerated Quality Learning for Somali Children and Youth project. This five-year project’s purpose is to increase access to high-quality education for out-of-school children and youth between the ages of 8 and 15 in targeted regions of Somalia. The project will increase enrollment in accelerated education programs, improve accelerated education programs’ learning environments, and improve student learning outcomes in accelerated education programs.

The Resettlement Program Associate implements quality control measures to ensure that client-level reports submitted for the Reception and Placement Program (R&P) are timely, accurate, and complete. The Program Associate develops tools and systems to ensure that reports are comprehensively reviewed and programmatic information is shared with other members of the HQ Resettlement Team as appropriate. The Program Associate provides administrative and logistical support to the HQ Resettlement Team.
