COOPI in Sudan
COOPI has been present in Sudan since 2004. The recent history of Sudan is marked by strong disorders and violence, expressions of a civil war that on several occasions has shaken the country since its independence. COOPI’s interventions focused in the Darfur region that for a long time has been the scene of armed clashes and particularly hit by periods of severe drought.

TERMS OF REFERENCE for DPRK Agroforestry Consultant
Project Title: Improving water, sanitation, hygiene and food security for vulnerable families in rural North Korea
Project Location: Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) or North Korea. Precise county and province to be determined
Project Duration: July 2018 to December 2019
Overall: Improve the quality of life for rural populations in North Korea through improved nutrition and health
About the role:
This is a 24 months new position with unaccompanied terms based in El Geneina, capital of West Darfur State with frequent travel to other field locations in West Darfur, West and South Kordofan states. The position is with a salary Band of 4 ranging from €39,219 - €43,577.
You will report to the Country Director with dotted line to PDs and will technically line manage National Accountability and compliance, Communication and ER coordinators in Khartoum, MEAL Advisors in West Darfur and Kordofan states.
