The ABA Rule of Law Initiative seeks a volunteer Legal Specialist to serve as primary technical expert for a program focused on bar association development and exchange of best practices between bar associations in the Central Asia region on advocacy to influence legislation and legal practice, ensuring individuals’ rights and due process in criminal proceedings, and cooperation with government counterparts.
The Pan African state Accountability Project (PASAP) is a multi-partner, multi-level Pan-African project that ran from January 2015 to June 2018. About the role:
This is a 24 months new position with unaccompanied terms based in El Geneina, capital of West Darfur State with frequent travel to other field locations in West Darfur, West and South Kordofan states. The position is with a salary Band of 4 ranging from €39,219 - €43,577.
You will report to the Country Director with dotted line to PDs and will technically line manage National Accountability and compliance, Communication and ER coordinators in Khartoum, MEAL Advisors in West Darfur and Kordofan states.
