We are currently recruiting for an L&D/Training Lead - International Programs Project Management to join one of our global change projects (Programme Project Management (PPM) & Project Reporting, Information Management, and Evidence (PRIME)), with the aim to improve our project delivery on the ground; in response to humanitarian crises and in meeting the longer-term development needs of the most marginalised and deprived children.
Palladium’s Humanitarian and Stabilisation Operations Team (HSOT) provides humanitarian and stabilisation services worldwide in support of the Department for International Development (DFID) and the Stabilisation Unit (SU).
This role is at the forefront of HSOT’s support to the UK government’s stabilisation efforts.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Under the supervision of the Senior Director for Law and Policy, the post holder will play a crucial role in protecting freedom of expression globally, delivering cutting edge leadership of ARTICLE 19 in this area. S/he will provide legal and policy expertise, including through analysing laws and policies on freedom of expression and freedom of information; international, regional and national litigation; researching and monitoring new developments and trends with the view of identifying and responding to key concerns and opportunities.

The Commercial Bid Manager will manage the compilation of business volumes including the development of commercial narratives, cost models, and supporting documentation.
This position will assist in assuring all business proposals shall be compliant with solicitation requirements and shall effectively articulate the value proposition. Using strong communications skills and analytical analysis the Manager will develop and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and clients with a strong focus on customer service.
