The person will lead the Link NCA process for Action Against Hunger while providing technical oversight and support to consortium members.
1. Organizational Location and Context
The Finance Assistant position is located in the Procurement Services Branch (PSB) Copenhagen office. The position does not entail supervision or management of other staff, and will report to the Finance Team Lead in PSB. The incumbent’s role is to maintain the accounts payable function and carry out bookkepping and accounting tasks in the ERP System (ATLAS).

The Finance Assistant is responsible for carrying out tasks in the following areas:
The Administrative/Logistics Assistant position is located in the Regional Office (RO). Under the overall guidance and supervision of the International Operations Manager (IOM), the Administrative/Logistics Assistant reports to the Administrative Associate. The Administrative/Logistics Assistant provides administrative and logistical support, maintaining full confidentiality in all aspects of assignment, maintenance of protocol procedures, information flow and follow up on deadlines and commitments made.
The Quality Assurance Associate is responsible for assisting in the implementation of a Quality Assurance (QA) system for condoms, intra uterine devices (IUDs) and lubricants procured by UNFPA. You will analyze quality monitoring data, manage quality complaints and provide support for development and implementation of a risk-based approach to UNFPA QA system.
You will report directly to the Procurement Support Coordinator/Pharmacist*.*

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating the deliverables of the third phase of the HLCM-PN (High Level Management Committee - Procurement Network) project. The main deliverable is the production of harmonized key United Nations (UN) procurement templates. She/he will report directly to the Chief, Procurement Services Branch, UNFPA/Advisory Chair, HLCM PN working group on Harmonization.
