Role and Responsibilities
The medical advisor will be responsible for:
Supervising the quality of the project’s medical operations.
Supporting the Project Manager in defining the strategies of the medical intervention
Supporting the local partner in the implementation of the medical interventions.
Elaborating M&E data for reporting purpose
Supporting the project manager in the reporting activities
Under the overall supervision of the FAO Representative in Syria, the direct supervision of the Deputy FAO Representative and in coordination with the Assistant FAO Representative (Programme) and FAO resilience officer in Aleppo, the agronomist will be responsible to support the overall implementation of the project OSRO/SYR/704/CHA in Aleppo Governorate, districts, sub districts and villages.

Within delegated authority, the Logistics Associate will be responsible for liaising and facilitating Inter
agency activities coordinated by the Logistics Cluster on behalf of the humanitarian community, inclusive of
the following duties:
• effective Assist with logistics cluster operations in order to ensure timely and cost- delivery and
storage of cluster cargoes
• Coordinate with RITA Officer to ensure correct reconciliation with Physical inventories each month

The incumbent falls under the overall supervision of Head of M&E and the direct supervision of NOB M&E.
• Project Monitoring Plan (PMP): Prepare the PMP and sampling for PRRO Logframe in alignment to
the Integrated Road Map (IRM), new Corporate Results Framework in compliance with WFP's Minimum
Monitoring Requirements (MMRs), incorporating gender and protection perspectives in all areas of work.
Communicate and train field offices on appropriate sampling methodology and implementation.

The Program Manager’s core functions are to researching and assessing program gaps and needs, preparing project concept papers and proposals, assisting in project implementation, representing LWR on behalf of the Country Director, and maintaining excellent relationship with key stakeholders. In addition, the Program Manager will be responsible for supervising and monitoring the program activities including grants management, documentation of lessons learned and preparing the project reports.

This will be done through an approach to programming where projects will be focused on the sustainability rather than relief delivery.
