Objectives of the Evaluation
DRC Turkey is undertaking an external evaluation with an overall objective of maintaining a basis of evidence to inform DRC’s Partnership Strategy and DRC Country Program strategy for 2019-2020, with respect to the performance of partner organizations, lessons learned and best practices to set a basis for protection programming strategy to be developed through ended ECHO funded project between 2016 and 2018.

Pending the availability of funds, this position will have an expected start date of March 2019. The purpose of the activity is to achieve significant and sustainable improvements in nutrition and health outcomes in select municipalities of the Western Highlands of Guatemala.

The Leadership Program Manager supports and guide the strategy for all CCF youth leadership programs that advance community service, service learning and leadership development. They manage all aspects of youth leadership programs and facilitate a network of youth leaders and youth practitioners.
The person will responsible for:
● Develop overall youth leadership program strategies with clearly defined outputs and outcomes in line with CCF priorities and goals
The STEM coordinator is responsible for increasing the capacity and effectiveness of the teaching and learning of STEM within CCF. Whilst primarily focus on secondary age student the STEM coordinate will also have an EC – 12 strategic focus and support building the capacity within the subject area and through the school to Cambodian education more generally.
